- Odoo backend and Odoo front end merged for greater efficiency
- Odoo 16 is 3.7 times faster than #Odoo 15. Fabien Pinckaers compared the speed of #SAP with that of Odoo live. #Odoo is incredibly faster and more efficient!!!

- Great improvements to the website builder
- New content organization that makes building pages even easier. Creating a website is within everyone’s reach.
- Odoo offers an alternative to Google Analytics
- Easier layouts thanks to the grid mode
New Chatbot
- Automated question/answer system
- The module immediately surfaces the relevant content based on the visitor’s answers.
- Highly effective for guiding website visitors
- New Knowledge management module
- This module lets you manage everything that needs to be documented within the company
- A document can be linked directly to other objects such as a product form
- This module will allow us to manage knowledge within Auguria.
CRM
- Ability to add fields on the fly without going through the Studio module. These fields can be specific to a team.
- Certain concepts can be managed, such as NDAs (non-disclosure agreements)
- Project management
- Great improvement to project forecasting
- Ability to have one document per task
- Ability to have attributes per project type

- Management of alternatives for requests for quotation

- Credit limit management
