Odoo pricing: your budget in four questions
Four answers are enough to frame a serious Odoo budget. The first one is the licence, whose grid is published by Odoo: €35.90 monthly per user during the first year, then €44.90.
These amounts are the publisher's. Auguria, an Odoo partner, works on everything else: scoping, configuration, training, assistance.
The other three questions have no universal price, because everything depends on your business. A free audit helps you answer them before any quote.
Question 1: how many people log into Odoo?
Odoo grid, "Custom" plan: €35.90 monthly for each user during the first twelve months, then €44.90 after that. The price covers all apps, multi-company and external APIs.
A calculation example takes three steps: count the colleagues who open the back office every week, multiply by the monthly price, then by twelve. You get the "licences" line of your year.
These two amounts follow one another: the first applies to the first year, the second takes over afterwards. It is not a promotion, it is Odoo's grid.
Only internal users are counted. Your customers, suppliers and candidates go through the portal, without a licence, to follow their quotes, invoices or orders.
Question 2: where do you want Odoo to run?
Three routes exist: Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or a dedicated server. The right choice follows from your need for customisation, not from fashion.
- Odoo Online suits you when the standard is enough.
- Odoo.sh suits you when you add your own modules and want a simple deployment framework.
- A dedicated server suits you when you want to control the environment yourself.
Odoo's code is open in both editions, Community and Enterprise: it can be read, which eases maintenance and limits dependency. To weigh the arguments, browse why choose Odoo.
Question 3: what will your first version contain?
Scope is the most powerful lever of the budget. Six dials determine it.
The day-one apps
Each app you switch on carries a configuration and teams to train. Start with the ones that free the most time.
Standard first, then custom
Odoo's standard covers many needs. A development is justified when it creates a real edge over your competitors.
The history to bring over
Starting from a blank page or bringing over ten years of data is not the same job.
Bridges to your tools
Online shop, bank, carrier, business software: each connection is estimated separately.
Profiles that read or that enter data
An occasional reader does not weigh like a daily user. Tell them apart from the start.
The rollout pace
Launching everything at once or moving in waves changes the effort to mobilise, month after month.
Question 4: how will your teams stay at ease?
A well-configured tool is useless if nobody adopts it. Your budget therefore reserves a place for support:
- Training: days per app, for the teams and modules you choose.
- Assistance: a relay to fix, explain and support once the tool is in production.
- Evolutions: new bricks arrive at the pace of your priorities, estimated one by one.
From the time spent training, your teams draw lasting autonomy. Discover our Odoo training courses to gauge what that represents.
How do we go from answers to an estimate?

We understand how you work and draw a realistic scope together.
2
We prove it on your data
A few screens fed with your real information validate the approach before any investment.
3
We deliver the useful first

4
We enrich at your pace
Each following brick gets its own estimate, according to your priorities.
Your questions before setting a budget
Odoo bills €35.90 monthly the first year, then €44.90 monthly. The apps and the updates stay identical.
No, they go to Odoo, which sets the price of its licences. Auguria, an Odoo partner, bills the support: scoping, configuration, training, assistance.
None that would be honest without knowing your business. We lay out the method and the items, then we estimate after a conversation about your needs.
The scope of the first version is fixed. Evolutions are estimated one by one, and you keep the decision.
No. Odoo is modular: you start with the essentials and add apps when the need is confirmed.
Yes, as days per app. You name the teams and modules to cover.
Nothing. It gives you a clear view and you decide afterwards, with the facts in hand.
