This module automatically adds the number of tickets per stage to each helpdesk team in the kanban view
Configuring the stage display on the kanban
To display the number of tickets per stage in the kanban view, go to the Helpdesk app ‣ Configuration menu ‣ Stages, choose a stage, then enable the Show in kanban button
You can then see the result in the Overview dashboard
