Open the drop-down list next to your name and you will find the Preferences settings
These Preferences concern email.
A focus on Notification management, you have 2 options.
Either notifications are sent to the mailbox of the email address on file.
Or you are notified inside Odoo.

A counter increments each time a notification arrives.
In either case, information flows between colleagues.
