Many French Regions offer support schemes for the very small businesses, SMEs and mid-sized companies in their territories to speed up digital transformation. Contact your Regional Council to benefit from this aid.
The Pays de la Loire Region currently offers two aid schemes to help companies with their digital transition
1st scheme
Helping small companies (fewer than 50 employees) acquire and adopt high-value digital tools (software) that contribute to productivity gains and value creation.
Eligibility conditions
Companies with fewer than 50 employees, created more than 2 years ago, mainly engaged in commercial activity, with annual revenue not exceeding €10M. The head office (or subsidiary or establishment) concerned by the investment must be located in Pays de la Loire.
Eligible expenses
This aid covers acquisition costs, software installation fees, maintenance and subscription costs for a maximum of one year, as well as training costs related to the integration of the acquired software (excluding OPCA coverage).
Type and amount of aid
The grant awarded may not exceed 50% of the pre-tax amount of eligible costs. These costs must reach at least €5,000 excl. VAT. The aid itself is capped at €15,000.
The aid application must be filed with the Pays de la Loire Region before the expenses are committed.

2nd scheme
Encouraging very small businesses and SMEs in the Pays de la Loire to use external advice by contributing financially to the cost invoiced by the consultant engaged by the company.
Eligibility conditions
This aid is aimed at SMEs located in Pays de la Loire operating in eligible sectors: industry including food processing, crafts, services ...
Eligible expenses
The adoption of high-value digital uses is one of the areas covered by this grant.
Type and amount of aid
The maximum aid intensity does not exceed 50% of the pre-tax amount of eligible costs, which must reach at least €3,000 excl. VAT; the aid itself is capped at €15,000.
The total “Pays de la Loire Conseil” aid granted to the same company or group of companies may not exceed €30,000 over a period of three calendar years.
The aid application must be filed with the Pays de la Loire Region before the expenses are committed.

For the Île-de-France Region
The PM’Up Relance scheme is intended for SMEs and mid-sized companies carrying out, in particular, a digital transformation project.
Eligibility conditions
This scheme is aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs with 5 to fewer than 250 employees) and mid-sized companies employing at most 4,999 people, with revenue not exceeding €1.5 billion, and having at least one establishment in Île-de-France.
Eligible expenses
This aid covers in particular tangible and/or intangible investments: purchase or rental of software licenses that enable the company to increase or diversify its production.
Type and amount of aid
The PM’Up ceiling is €250,000, and is subject, among other things, to commitments to maintain or create jobs.
