Chart of accounts import

The need

You take over an existing accounting and must recreate a chart of accounts of several hundred accounts.

What the module does

The module imports a chart of accounts from a structured file, with consistency checks before writing.

Scope

It loads the chart of accounts. Entries and opening balances are a separate topic, handled in the data migration.
